Amanda does the double at Strule Valley indoor two-phase

Strule Valley Riding Club competition saw some great jumping at Ecclesville

Strule Valley Riding Club held an Indoor Two-phase competition at the weekend at Ecclesville Centre, Fintona. The club would like to thank those who came along to compete and congratulations to the winners of each class.

Winning the 60cm class was Katie Nevin on ‘Rose’, Amelia Devlin riding ‘Mia’ took the top spot in the 70cm class, while the 80cm win went to Willow Maye on ‘Thyolo Zebedee’ and success in both the 90cm and 1 metre classes went to Amanda Magee.

Enda Smyth on ‘Napolean’ and Megan Smyth on ‘Luxy’ placed fourth and second respectively at the Strule Valley Riding Club Indoor Two-phase competition at Ecclesville.

Strule Valley Riding Club’s next competition will be their Annual Christmas Show in December. Again everyone will be very welcome.

Willow Maye and ‘Thyolo Zebedee’ won the 80cm class at the Strule Valley Riding Club Indoor Two-phase competition at Ecclesville.

Members now look forward to three weeks of show jumping training with William Anderson at Ecclesville, Fintona and then gridwork training with Penny Sangster in November for three weeks; as well as monthly pleasure rides at the Gortin Glens.

60cm:

1) Rose, Katie Nevin; 2) Tara, Annabelle Breen; 3) Dakota, Elaine Lynch; 4) Mia, Amelia Devlin; 5) Sir Ward, Maeve Lunny; 6) Alice Mystical Madame, Maddison O’Kane.

Annabelle Breen and ‘Tara’ came second in the 60cm class at the Strule Valley Riding Club Indoor Two-phase competition at Ecclesville.

70cm:

1) Mia, Amelia Devlin; 2) Missy, Kyra Loughran; 3) Lady, Sarah Louise Devlin; 4) Rose, Katie Nevin; 5) Dakota, Elaine Lynch.

Elaine Lynch and ‘Dakota’ came third in the 60cm and fifth in the 70cm class at the Strule Valley Riding Club Indoor Two-phase competition at Ecclesville.

80cm:

1) Thyolo Zebedee, Willow Maye; 2) Ellie, Ryann McPhillips; 3) Lady, Sarah Louise Devlin.

90cm:

1) Spencer, Amanda Magee; 2) Luxy, Megan Smyth; 3) Ellie, Ryann McPhillips; 4) Napolean, Enda Smyth.
