Busy times for Causeway and Glens club
Excellent training and forthcoming shows keeping members engaged
Causeway and Glens Riding Club hosted training this week with thanks to the funding received from the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council toward the “Causeway Festival of Learning”.
Laura Brown-McCann, HSI Level 2 coach, put the riders through their paces at the club’s Monday show jumping training night. Valuable lessons were learned, and an enjoyable and educational evening was had by all.

On Friday, club members were treated to an evening at “The Dressage Shed”, where Eilish Smith and the mechanical horse ‘Daphne’ helped to improve posture when riding during the rider sessions.
Causeway and Glens Riding Club members are very grateful for the coaches Laura Brown-McCann and Richard Smyth, who train at the club nights held at RDA Causeway Coast and Glens; and to Eilish Smith for hosting them at “The Dressage Shed”. Members appreciate the time that was given to them all and look forward to more sessions with ‘Daphne’.
The next show jumping training nights with Richard Smyth are on Thursdays throughout April - just contact theclub facebook page to book.
