Second week of four-week series sees mixed fortunes

Lusk Equestrian held the second week of their Dressage on Sunday, November 12, with the soft rain ensuring that the riders and horses did not overheat!
Lusk’s were fortunate to have Fiona Morrow and Jackie Newell to judge and oversee the classes.

Some riders were highly delighted at their scores, while others thought they were hard done by - but there’s no doubt that more practice will ensure a better result next week.

Lusk Equestrian Dressage League - Week 2

Class 1 - Intro:

1) Lucy Blythe, Ownie; 2) Christine Hagan, Oscar; 3) Delilah Dillon, Poppy.

Class 2 - Newcomers:

1) Jane Bruce, Minnie the Minx; 2) Claire Wilson, Dobbie; 3) Tara Lynn, Louis.

Class 3 - Prelim:

1) Jayne Connolly, Tia; 2) Erin Mathieson, Luna; 3) Katie McKee, Bear.

Erin Mathieson and ‘Luna’ were runners up in the Prelim class.

Class 4 - Novice:

1) Aimee Webb, Nala; 2) Katie McKee, Bear; 3) Fiona McMillan, Bunny Two Twirls.

Katie McKee and ‘Bear’ came second in the Novice class and third in the Prelim class.

Fiona McMillan and ‘Bunny Two Twirls’ came third in the Novice class.
