Easter ‘Egg-citement’ at Laurel View

Obstacle course and show jumping classes make for a fun-filled day!

The Laurel View Easter Show on Sunday, April 13, was filled with fun. The obstacle course and show jumping competitors didn’t have to hunt too hard for their Easter treats, as the Easter Bunny had left a couple of baskets for everyone who hopped over the jumps or around the obstacles.

All the wonderful winners went home with their Easter winnings, check out who came top of the classes. Photos of the show are all up on the Equi-Tog website.

Class 1 - Assisted Chick (Lead Rein):

Niamh Savage and ‘Guinness’ took third in the Junior Bunnies obstacle course at Laurel View’s Easter Show.

Eva McCall steered ‘Keady’ into second in the Under 13s class at Laurel View’s Easter Show.

Class 3 - Senior Rabbits:

1) Barney, Jessica Ball; 2) Sparky, Darragh Martin; 3) Copper, Holly Hanvey; 4) Guinness, Erin Johnston.

Hop Over It Show Jumping:

Class 4 - Hot Cross Poles #1 - Cross-Poles (led):

First prize for the assisted cross-poles class went to Anna Gilbert and ‘Indie’ at Laurel View’s Easter Show.

Class 5 - Hot Cross Poles #2 - Cross-Poles (unled):
