Farren claims Meadows' 1.30m win
Lurgan venue hosts registered and unregistered show jumping classes
The Meadows Equestrian Centre, Lurgan was, once again, a hive of activity on Saturday, May 10, as they held another of their popular Spring/ Summer Horse Shows, hosting SJI classes and unregistered classes were also on offer, starting with cross-poles and running up to 1.30m.
The SJI classes ran from 80cm up to 1.30m and saw a large number of double clears sharing wins in the 80cm, 90cm and 1m classes.

The 1.10m class saw Ian Moore on his own ‘Pinecroft Galaxy’ take the red ribbon, followed by Danni Jennings on her own ‘Super Star’ in second.
The 1.20m class belonged to the girls, with Lisa Priestley taking the win on her own ‘Derryinver Premier Sarah’, with the runner-up spot being claimed by Katie Campbell on board James McKean’s ‘Cafre Olympic Dream’.
The tables turned in the 1.30m class, where Andrew Farren rode his own ‘Nevada TE’ into first place, followed by Kevin Mackey on Alyson Henry’s ‘Caugherty Ronan’ in second place.
