In the news
There was a great selection of horsey activities on last weekend - the biggest problem was deciding which one to go to!

Breeders brought the cream of their foals to the Meadows last week for the Northern Ireland Horse Board Foal Show; some of these are sure to be stars of the future!
The Meadows’ busy schedule continued at the weekend, with two days of show jumping; Saturday saw the SJI Autumn Series and Cash Back Jumping, while Sunday saw the Ulster Final of the Five Star, Youngster and Baby Star Tours.
Portmore also held registered horse jumping at the weekend, with some very impressive combinations getting a practice in before the centre’s three-day show this weekend.
On a slightly different note, as many horsey people are also dog people, Hinch Distillery in Co. Down is introducing a dog-friendly cafe, which sounds like it will be worth a visit!
Hagans Croft hosted many Rising Stars on Saturday at their latest Equine Awards show jumping qualifier.
As always, you are invited to visit Horse&Field and have a scroll through the numerous stories there - please feel free to leave comments, like and share!
