Sunday, June 8 saw a Show jumping Show being held at Ardnacashel Equestrian, Comber, with classes catering for all levels, from 40cm right up to 1.10m.
Katie Gill and ‘Ballycoskerry Nelson’ were certainly on form, as they did the double, winning both the 1m and 1.10m classes. Emily Jayne McPolin rode ‘Ronnie’ into second place in the 1m class, while Aimee Webb and ‘Nala’ were runners-up in the 1.10m class.

Sophie Price and Molly won the 90cm class, ahead of Freya Bevan and ‘Buddy’ in second… But this pair went one better in the 80cm to take the win, followed by Tabitha Cullen on ‘Ralph’ in second and Jane Bruce on ‘Minnie the Minx’ in third.
The 70cm class was won by Charlotte Muir on ‘Shadow’, with Aoife McBratney placing second on ‘Parker’ and Lauren Madine was third on ‘Branch Field Jet’. Meanwhile, Leah Adams and ‘Paddy’ jumped clear in the 40cm class.
Thanks are extended to Black Horse Photography NI, who captured the action on the day.
