The second week of the Mid-Week Show Jumping league at Knockagh View, Greenisland was held on Wednesday, October 11.

Hello and welcome to Horse&Field. Our aim is to support local, grass roots equestrian enthusiasts and competitors and keep you all informed of what’s happening in the horsey world, as well as covering all things agricultural. If you haven’t already subscribed you can do so below:

Organisers would like to thank everyone who supported the evening. It was definitely an Autumn evening, with everyone feeling the cold and appreciating the stove in the cafe!

Thank you, as always, to judge Paul Johnston; arena party, Lesley and Greg Wilson and, of course, Scott in the cafe.

The Mid-Week league continues on Wednesdays, October 18 and 25, while a Hallowe’en Spook-tacular is scheduled for Saturday, October 21. This is sure to be a great day of fun, with show jumping from 30cm to 1m; Pony Club Spring Festival qualifiers; obstacle class and fancy dress!
