Summer Gala Weekend ahead at Knockagh View
Full range of classes for ponies on Saturday and horses on Sunday
Knockagh View Equestrian Centre, Greenisland, is holding their Summer Gala this weekend, Saturday, June 29 and Sunday, June 30, with ponies on the Saturday and horses on the Sunday. There is a full range of Showing, working hunter (with NIF qualifiers) and In Hand classes.
The main sponsor for the weekend is Move Right Therapy, who are providing vouchers for first to third places in every class throughout the weekend, along with providing prizes in both the pony and horse supreme championships. They will be in attendance both days with a stall, so please call over and have a chat with James to find out what all they can offer. Move Right Therapy has been developed to help improve performance, welfare and longevity of horses and other animals; some of the products are also beneficial for humans. You can also have a look on their website: www.moverighttheraphy.net.
The other brilliant sponsors are Ellie Johnston Photography. Ellie is the resident photographer at Knockagh View and takes brilliant action shots of the events; she provides a super-efficient service and will be along both days of the gala taking photos, so make sure you smile when you see her! After each day, she will have the photos available to view on her Facebook page… none of us can resist purchasing a picture of our pony in action!
The fabulous Copa Equestrian is also a sponsor. Copa Equestrian needs no introduction, Amy provides comfortable, practical, affordable riding clothes, which have been tried and tested by riders. She has had a stall with Knockagh View on numerous occasions and it is always extremely popular! At the most recent Equine Awards NI, Amy was awarded Equine Retailer of the Year.
Knockagh View can't thank their sponsors enough! Entries for the gala close on Thursday at 12 noon, so don't delay - head over to the App or website: www.knockaghviewec.com to check out the schedule and enter.
The cafe will be open both days for hot food and sweet treats.
