Talented registered combinations at Connell Hill
SJI Summer League continues at Randalstown venue
Some talented combinations were out at Connell Hill’s SJI Summer League on Thursday, August 22. Emma Jackson had a great day at the office, riding four of the five double clears in the 1m class.
Ruth Will certainly showed her class when winning the 1.10m contest with Margaret Horan’s ‘Burst of Classe’, ahead of Alana Lavery on her own ‘Lucy Ludo’.

Hello and welcome to Horse&Field. Our aim is to support local, grass roots equestrian enthusiasts and competitors and keep you all informed of what’s happening in the horsey world, as well as covering all things agricultural. If you haven’t already subscribed you can do so below:
In the 1.20m class, Sarah Bailie on her own ‘Lisnamorrows Vancouver’ edged ahead of Edward Little on his own and Jane Russell’s ‘AKD Carnlea Blue’ to take the win, but Little took command of the 1.30m class, claiming first place with his own ‘Carnlea Flamenco’ and second place with Catherine Jackson’s ‘I’m Special Blue Z’.
