What a difference a couple of weeks makes! It is with great excitement that I am writing this to introduce myself in a new context… to you, friends new and old.
For those who don’t already know me, my name is Bree Rutledge and I have been obsessed by horses for as long as I can remember! While I did not have a pony as a child, it made me all the more determined to get a horse as an adult.
Many of you may know me through my years compiling Horse Week and now, myself and media executive Rikki Thompson are taking on a new challenge, in the form of 'Horse&Field'.
Our aim is to support local, grass roots equestrian enthusiasts and competitors and keep you all informed of what’s happening in the horsey world, as well as keeping abreast of agricultural activities and rural recreation.
Founded by a passionate team of equestrian devotees, this newsletter aims to bring together a community of like-minded individuals, who share a deep appreciation for all things equine.
With a blend of engaging stories, expert advice and vibrant photography, 'Horse&Field' offers a diverse range of content that celebrates the beauty, grace and symbiotic relationship between horses and the fields they roam.
Whether you are a seasoned horse owner, an aspiring rider or agricultural authority, our aim is to offer something for everyone.
From insightful articles and care tips to interviews with renowned individuals in their field, no pun intended, each edition promises to immerse readers in the fascinating world of horses and agriculture.
