Working Hunter finale at Ardnacashel

Encouraging comments and feedback for horse and pony competitors

What a day it was on Sunday at the Final of the Working Hunter Series at Ardnacashel Equestrian, Comber. Over the past five weeks, organisers have welcomed many different combinations to compete at Ardnacashel. On Sunday, competitors rode in front of Malachy Casement and they were provided with lots of encouraging comments and feedback.

Organisers wish to thank everyone who made the series work… This includes David Wightman, who works tirelessly to ensure the Arenas are in good order and keeps the shows running smoothly and efficiently. Thank you to all of the judges who attended each week - Andrew Greer, Katie Crozier, Shane McKenna, Janice Reddy and Malachy Casement.

Holly Webber and ‘Bluebell’ won the 60cm Working Hunter class at Ardnacashel.

40cm Working Hunter:

60cm Starter Stakes:

1) Laoise Clancy, Dorlyn Contessa; 2) Zara Trimble, Might Meeko.

60cm Working Hunter:

1) Holly Webber, Bluebell; 2) Patricia Martin, Jackson (1st League).

70cm Working Hunter:
