From endurance to eventing... equine sport for all!
Results, pictures and news on local equestrian competitions
Hello again,
Last weekend certainly saw some fantastic equine sport being held locally, from the ILDRA endurance ride at Baronscourt, to the Eventing Ireland event at Hazeldene, which got to run after previous cancellations due to the weather, to registered and unregistered show jumping at Connell Hill… And lots more!
This weekend will see our local agricultural shows commence, with both Ballymoney and Lurgan Shows being held. No doubt their organisers, as well as the competitors, will be keeping everything crossed that the weather is kind to them… Of course, there are also many other equestrian activities taking place locally this weekend, so here’s hoping that everyone has a great time with their equine friends, whatever discipline they are participating in!
This Horse&Field newsletter brings you reports, results and pictures from recent local competitions, as well as details of forthcoming events and a bit of local news that may be of interest.
