Sunshine, sashes and smiles... Equine activities at their best!
Local reports, results and pictures from the horse and pony action
Hello there,
We have certainly been blessed with nice weather recently; it is so lovely to be able to ride when the sun is shining… And, from the number of emails with equine reports and pictures that are arriving, that is exactly what everyone appears to have been doing!

I hope that everyone who was there enjoyed Balmoral Show, whether as a spectator or a competitor. Well done to all those who took part; regardless of the result, you added to the experience for everyone watching. There will be more from Balmoral in due course, but in the meantime, one young man deserves special mention… Tim Morton, who at only six years old, won the Under 10s Championship, taking on some tough competition, as well as the daunting atmosphere of the Balmoral main arena!
This Horse&Field newsletter brings you reports, results and pictures from recent local competitions, as well as some news items that may be of interest.
