This is an exciting week for many, as Dublin Horse Show is currently in full swing! If you are attending, as a competitor or a spectator, I hope everything goes to plan and you have a great time! And, without further ado, I’ll get down to business…

King of the ‘Cassells’ at Loughanmore
Thirty-year-old Ian Cassells from Newcastle, Co Dublin, had an early start and a very busy day at Loughanmore on Saturday, with five rides spread amongst the three EI 115 classes.
Super Summer Show at Ecclesville
The Ecclesville team were delighted with the turnout of competitors for the annual Summer Show on Sunday, August 11. Raymond Caldwell’s challenging courses resulted in terrific jump-offs, with the 1m Open class being the most hotly contested!
Danni proves a 'Super Star' at Portmore
Portmore Equestrian Centre, Aghalee held another of their popular SJI Horse Shows on Sunday, August 11, with a good turnout across the classes.
Electric league finals at Lusk’s
The Greenville-sponsored Show jumping finals at Lusk Equestrian, Carr, Lisburn, were electric both in name and in terms of excitement.
Clears all the way at Connell Hill
On Saturday, August 10, Connell Hill Equestrian Centre, Randalstown held another successful training show. The first class of the day saw Leigh Graham jumping a lovely double clear on her new mount ‘Harley’, followed closely by Donna Barron on ‘Dreamer’ in the 60cm class.
Summer Blow Out underway at Hagans Croft
The sun shone on the first week of Hagans Croft’s Show jumping Summer Blow Out event on Saturday, August 10. Hagans Croft was delighted to welcome new faces to this venue and were astounded at the level of competent young riders and their fabulous horses/ponies.
Show jumping action at The Meadows
There was more show jumping action at The Meadows Equestrian Centre, Lurgan on Saturday, as they continued with their SJI Summer Series, alongside their Cash Back Unregistered Jumping.
Sophie does SJI double at Connell Hill
The SJI Summer League continued at Connell Hill Equestrian Centre, Randalstown on Thursday, August 8.
UPDATE: RDA East Antrim Pleasure Hack
Tickets are now on sale for the East Antrim RDA Pleasure Hack at Shane's Castle by kind permission of Lord O’Neill on Sunday, September 15.
