Something for everyone in the equine sphere
From Working Hunter to Awards ball, from Santas on horseback to The Movement of the Horse...
Hello everyone,
Last weekend really provided something for everyone; on top of the dressage and show jumping competitions covered in the previous newsletter, there were also a choice of Working Hunter competitions, at Connell Hill and Ardnacashel, and, for the style-seekers, the Eventing Ireland Northern Region Awards Ball was on!

This Horse&Field newsletter brings you the reports, results and photos from these events, as well as details of forthcoming activities and the calendar of events.
The route for this year’s annual Saintfield Christmas Charity Ride has been announced and more details are available by clicking on the link below.
On an educational front, ‘The Movement of the Horse’ workshop is being held next Wednesday, November 29 at CAFRE Enniskillen campus. This is sure to be an enlightening and informative afternoon centred around Equine Assisted Services, with CPD points available. Be sure to book your place, before booking closes!
More details on all of these and more are available by clicking on the stories below or visiting Horse&Field and having a scroll through!
The Horse&Field calendar lists local equine activities and is updated on a daily basis. We are trying to make the calendar as comprehensive as possible, so if you know of any events that aren’t yet listed, please let us know!
To new subscribers, welcome! You will receive this newsletter twice each week, as well as occasional emails in between - we want to keep you informed, but do not want to overload your inbox!
Please remember that Horse&Field will be updated on a regular basis and you can visit it at any time to find out what is happening. If you wish, you can download the Substack app; you can search online for: horseandfield.substack.com or, if you are subscribed, just click on the email.
If you have any articles or photos to contribute, queries or suggestions, or if there is someone you think deserves to be featured in Horse&Field, please do send an email to horseandfield@gmail.com
Have a great weekend!
